Myco x C. Bechstein: Wigmore street

A film documenting the redevelopment of 18–22 Wigmore Street by MYCO, delivered as the new London home for C. Bechstein. The project captures the transformation of a historic address into a contemporary performance and showroom space, where construction precision meets musical heritage.

Process

We approached the building as both structure and instrument. Time was spent observing construction detail, surface finish and the spatial conditions required for acoustic performance. The camera moves with restraint, emphasising alignment, joinery and material transitions. In the edit, rhythm is shaped through proportion and quiet repetition, allowing craftsmanship and architectural discipline to define the narrative
